October 3, 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Enjoy a delicious two course lunch in the company of Wynne Weston-Davies, author, senior surgeon and the great nephew of Jack the Ripper’s fifth and final victim.
Jack the Ripper was an unidentified serial killer believed to have been active in the largely impoverished areas in and around the Whitechapel district.
Attacks ascribed to Jack the Ripper typically involved female prostitutes, who lived and worked in the slums of the East End of London. The murders were never solved.
Wynne has written a book detailing the elusive life of his great aunt, Mary Jane Kelly, and how it is wholly intertwined with the mystery of her legendary killer.
Join us from 12:30pm, for lunch at 1:00pm, to find out the answers to these questions!
Lunch is £26 per person (£5 from each person goes towards the local Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust).
