Join us this October half term, we have plenty to keep the children busy! Our Pumpkin Trail will start from the 21st October and help Witch Ramona and black cat Luna on a hunt to break the spell that the ghosts and ghouls have cast over the Bowood Estate.

Join Witch Ramona and black cat Luna on a hunt to break the spell that the ghosts and ghouls have cast over the Bowood Estate. Find all the things needed to complete the Ramona’s magic rhyme as you work your way around the pumpkin trail this Autumn half-term.
The pumpkin trail is included in your Bowood House & Gardens Day Ticket and is complimentary to Bowood Season Ticket Holders.
Please collect a booklet on arrival at Admissions.
‘Dress up in your spookiest costume and pose for a photo in one of our selfie frames! Please be advised that the trail takes place on a mixed terrain which can get wet and muddy, so walking boots or wellies are advised’.

Autumn is the perfect time to explore the grounds, our Arboretum will be awash with vibrant colour come October. You can expect to see bright crimson shades, majestic gold and burnished yellow throughout the pleasure grounds.

Bowood House & Gardens opens at 10:00, with last admissions at 16:00, closing at 17:00 daily.
Bowood House & Gift Shop opens from 10:00 – 16:30 last entry at 16:00
Adventure Playground and The Den opens from 10:00 closes at 16:45
*Please be advised that our staff will begin locking the equipment from 16:30.
Treehouse Café opens from 9:30 – 17:00
The Stables Pantry is now open daily, located in Bowood House, serving a seasonal hot and cold buffet, cream teas, and refreshments. 10:00 – 16:30 – Refreshments. 12:00 – 14:15 – Lunch.
