We are delighted to welcome Clive Nichols back to Bowood House & Gardens for an Autumnal photography course.
Join Clive on this one day course to learn how to capture the best images during this incredibly colourful season. During the course you will improve your outdoor practical photography skills through instruction and guidance amidst Bowood’s magnificent gardens.
Clive has photographed many of the world’s best gardens, including HRH The Prince of Wales’s garden in Scotland, Lord Rothschild’s garden in Corfu and Lord Heseltine’s garden in Oxfordshire. His passion for the subject comes across in every image that he makes. His work has appeared in hundreds of books and in countless magazines, calendars and brochures. Clive regularly gives master classes in flower and garden photography for The Royal Horticultural Society and has been a judge for the prestigious ‘International Garden Photographer of the Year’ awards.
After an introductory lecture in our Gardeners Bothy, you will spend time with Clive in the Bowood gardens, where he will be sharing hints and tips for the best ways to capture the natural environment.

Course fee: £148.00 per person. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable non-transferable.
Bowood reserves the right to, at its absolute discretion, cancel workshops/courses/events up to 7 days prior to the event if booking numbers do not reach a minimum level. In the event of such cancellations Bowood will offer customers the option to swap to another date in the same year (if spaces are available), or offer a full refund. For the avoidance of doubt, Bowood bears no liability for and would not refund any other indirect costs incurred by the customer, such as travel costs or accommodation.
