House & Gardens:Whilst Bowood House remains closed, the Gardens & Playground are Now Open to Day Visitors

Bowood House & Gardens has re-opened to Day Visitors, daily from 11:00 to 18:00.
From Sunday 25th October, the grounds will close at 17:00 – last admissions at 16:00.
Please note: Bowood House, Soft Play, The Den, and Treehouse Cafe will remain closed until further notice. Refreshments are available from The Nosh Box and kiosk
Discover the rich and fascinating history of Bowood House and the Lansdowne family, set within 100 acres of beautifully landscaped ‘Capability’ Brown Parkland. Surrounding the Georgian House is the Italian-inspired Terrace Garden, the Private Walled Gardens and the herbaceous border, all radiating colour throughout the seasons. Children will be thrilled with the adrenaline-fuelled Adventure Playground featuring a life size pirate ship to a soft play area for the younger children.
(Only working Assistance Dogs are permitted at Bowood House & Gardens.)

Bowood’s Autumn Adventure Trail runs from Saturday 24th October to Sunday 1st November.
You must pre-book tickets online for access to the House & Gardens, however, you do not need to book
a separate slot for the Trail.
