DO YOU ACCEPT GROUPS FOR SPA DAYS?
Yes, we accept groups of up to 8 but we do not accept Hen Parties or Baby Showers.
WHICH TREATMENTS ARE INCLUDED IN MY SPA DAY PACKAGE?
This is dependent on the package you choose, however normally a 30 or 60 minute treatment is included of your choice from the full treatment list.
Please refer to the information about the spa day of your choice.
WHAT DOES MY PACKAGE INCLUDE?

AM I ABLE TO UPGRADE MY SPA TREATMENT?
Yes of course, as long as we have availability.
HOW LONG CAN I SPEND AT THE SPA?

DO I NEED TO CHOOSE MY TREATMENTS WHEN BOOKING?
No, not necessarily, however we do ask that you book your time slot for your treatment at time of booking even if you haven’t quite decided on the treatment you would like.
WILL I BE ABLE TO BOOK MORE TREATMENTS AT A LATER DATE?
We will try our best to book you in for supplementary treatments, however this depends on availability, therefore pre-booking is essential.
HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED AS A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING?
A deposit of 25% deposit is required for all weekday bookings and we ask for full upfront payment for weekend bookings
