Joel has 5 years experience of working in the health & fitness industry. He is a level 3 PT and a level 2 fitness instructor and nutrition advisor.
Joel can offer bespoke plans for all ages and is adaptable depending on needs. He has had great success in helping clients achieve their goals from running boot camps and group classes as well as one to one sessions.
Joel enjoys all kinds of fitness. He practices Jiu Jitsu and is a keen Mountain Biker.
