Martyn Drake

Team Leader

As a former professional tennis coach and lifeguard for Wiltshire Council, Martyn developed his love for fitness by qualifying as a gym and fitness instructor. In 2015, Martyn completed the Great North Run for Cancer Research and has since taken on various other 10k road races.

Martyn enjoys taking part in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and has had proven many successes with his clients with this style of workout.

Ryan Bodman

Assistant Team Leader

Ryan has over 6 years’ experience working in the health and fitness industry.  He has trained clients of all abilities to achieve a wide variety of goals, including triathlon training to helping with recovery from injury.

Along with one to one training, Ryan takes exercise classes including boot camps, aquatics and exercise after referral classes including exercising after a Stroke.

Ryan is a strong believer in practising what you preach and is a keen gym user favouring functional fitness and interval training. Ryan also enjoys obstacle races and playing football for his local team.

Dan Burt

Personal Trainer

Dan is a fitness fanatic. He caught the bug playing a variety of sports at school and now runs half marathons, obstacle races and is in training for his first triathlon.

Dan is always looking for new ways to help further develop his training and passing this onto his clients.

He enjoys working with a variety of clients and helping them to achieve their personal fitness goals.

Chris Alchin

Chris has been a keen sportsman from a young age, he has played football for Bath and Reading as a Junior. Playing football at a high level meant Chris was required to be in the gym on a weekly basis to help with conditioning and fitness, this is where Chris developed his passion for training.

Chris has been coaching from a young age and at 15 was a coach at Chippenham Town football club. He has always been keen to help others on their quest for self improvement.

Chris’s favourite form of training is circuit training due to the variety the workouts provide.
