Team Leader

Ryan has over 6 years’ experience working in the health and fitness industry.  He has trained clients of all abilities to achieve a wide variety of goals, including triathlon training to helping with recovery from injury.

Along with one to one training, Ryan takes exercise classes including boot camps, aquatics and exercise after referral classes including exercising after a Stroke.

Ryan is a strong believer in practising what you preach and is a keen gym user favouring functional fitness and interval training. Ryan also enjoys obstacle races and playing football for his local team.

Dan Burt

Personal Trainer

Dan is a fitness fanatic. He caught the bug playing a variety of sports at school and now runs half marathons, obstacle races and is in training for his first triathlon.

Dan is always looking for new ways to help further develop his training and passing this onto his clients.

He enjoys working with a variety of clients and helping them to achieve their personal fitness goals.
