DRIVING RANGE

Amongst our extensive practice facilities is our open-air Driving Range.

We offer 9 floodlit covered bays and a grass practice tee combined to offer a first-class year-round facility. The range is equipped with high-quality range balls and high-grade Airflex mats for even the most avid golfer to sharpen their skills.

The driving range also features distance markers at 50-yard intervals as well as 2 pitching target flags and 4 target greens. Driving Range cards are available to buy from the Pro Shop.

ACADEMY COURSE

Our PGA Academy Course comprises 3 par 3 holes designed to the same exacting standard as Bowood’s championship course.

The Bowood PGA Academy Course is open to both members and visitors, and bookings are not necessary. Ideal for beginners and children, our PGA Academy Course provides a great opportunity to practice all aspects of the game in an on-course environment.

Trackman 4, the latest in launch monitor technology, provides instant feedback on club delivery and ball flight utilising its ground breaking club and ball tracking golf radar systems. We’re proud to have a team of fully qualified professionals, offering an in-depth TrackMan custom fitting service.

Using TrackMan Technology, our PGA Professional Custom Fitting Team can capture a precise picture of a golf clubs performance at impact. With this information, we can recommend the right equipment to assist you in developing your game. Our facilities allow golfers, both amateur and professionals alike, the opportunity to have their golf equipment made to their exact requirements and individual needs.
