What is the Skillmill?

What doesn’t it do? The skillmill is powered by you and can help build power, stamina, agility and speed.  You can go from a gently job to an all out sprint straight into a glute busting sled push.

This month we are focusing on the sled push..a fabulous cardio workout which focuses on pushing your hamstrings, quads and glutes to the limits.

Put the resistance to eight or above and grab the handles below the console.

Get low and lean forward.

Sprint as fast as you can for 30 seconds, push all your power through your glutes.

Walk for one minute…repeat as many times as you like.
