Night Porter – Full time

We are looking for a hardworking, customer focused individual to join our Front of House  Night team.

Working from 11pm to 7am, 5 nights per week, you will be responsible for the Hotel, its residents and operations during the night time period, ensuring that all guests needs are met as well as the safety and security of guests and team members.

Chef de Partie

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to work across our three busy kitchens. You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record within a 4 star 2 rosette hotel environments

It is essential that you are a motivated professional who works well under pressure within a large team. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service, commitment and enthusiasm. A flexible approach to working hours will be required.

Shared accommodation is available for the successful candidate.

Beauty Therapist – Full time

Bowood Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our busy Spa team.

You should have a minimum of three years experience within the Beauty industry, ideally within a Spa environment.  We would expect you to have attained NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy and be competent with massage, facials, hand and nail treatments as well as waxing.

The following vacancies are for Bowood House & Gardens

Experienced Cook / 3 Days a week (5 Days Negotiable)

  • Part-time
  • Experienced Cook wanted for weekend shifts.
  • Friday / Saturday and Sunday approx. 8.30am to 4.00pm
  • NO split shifts or evenings
  • £10.50 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
  • Required experience: Cooking: 1 year
  • Required licence or certification: Basic Food Hygiene

We are looking for an experienced cook to work weekend shifts from the end of March until early November 2018.

The Stables Restaurant in an “easy eating” restaurant, catering for children, adults and seniors alike. We incorporate as much own grown ingredients as possible and are open to new ideas within a great team environment. If you enjoy cooking and being part of a young dynamic team, get in touch. While the job is 3 days an additional 2 days are negotiable.

Tractor Ted Little Farm Staff (visitor facing)

  • Part-time
  • Minimum 25.5 hours over 3 days out of 7 days. Additional days possible.
  • Rate of pay – Depending on experience and age

Tractor Ted Little Farm offers our younger visitors to meet different animals (pig, sheep, goats, alpaca and more) and learn about them.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual to support our Supervisor in the running of the farm. You must be comfortable getting your hands dirty when mocking out, moving animals and feeding them. You must equally be at ease facing our visitors (from young children to their grandparents) and talking to them about life on a farm.

Ideally you will have experience in looking after farm animals, as well as a high standard of customer service.

Admissions Staff – Part Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and customer focused person to join our team at Admissions. Admissions staff often are the first people our visitors meet and a good first impression is vital. You must be happy to use a till system and talk to our visitors all about the different areas they can visit during their day with us. You must be trustworthy and reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Numbers of days a week you would like to work are negotiable but you must be available to work weekends and holidays.
